1 Do you answer all e-mails?

Yes, we do! :)

2 Why does it take so long for you to answer my e-mail?

We receive a lot of e-mails and we are very happy with them, but it takes a lot of time to answer them all. We have a life besides RopeMarks, a life with a full-time job and social contacts. Please be patient.

3 When will the new update come?

We try to update once a month. When you join our mailing list you will receive an e-mail every time the site is updated.

About Technical Issues

1 Your font is so small I can hardly read it! What's wrong?

There is nothing wrong. We simply support poor eyesight and fuzzy monitors :).
To make our text readable again do the following:

Internet Explorer Netscape Navigator Netscape Communicator Netscape 6.0
Select View in the Browser Menu. Then Select Text Size. Then Select Larger or Largest Select View in the Browser Menu. Then Select Increase Font Select View in the Browser Menu. Then Select Increase Font Select View in the Browser Menu. Then Select Text Size
