If there is a billing problem that results in the cancellation of your account it is possible for your subscription to expire without your knowledge (although normally CCBill will send an email to your registered email address). In the past Club RopeMarks has suffered from a successful hack attempt and usernames and passwords have been stolen. We are now running fraud tracker software to guard against misuse of your username and password.
